Barons De Rothschild Brut Champagne

The official Champagne house of the Ritz from a historic name that’s a byword for excellence and heritage. The Rothschild family has been at the heart of winemaking for over 160 years. And this Champagne house is the first time the three separate branches of the family (Domaine Barons de Rothschild, Baron Philippe de Rothschild and Baron Edmond de Rothschild) have all collaborated on one wine. They’ve combined their years of expertise to produce something truly rich and complex. It’s made from 60% Chardonnay and 40% Pinot Noir, with nearly half of the blend taken from previous vintages to add extra complexity. Expect fresh notes of pear and almond with rich flavours of brioche and pastry. Stunning by itself, this has the perfect combination of freshness and complexity to pair beautifully with fish and shellfish risotto.
