It’s a unique blend of rich vintage Champagne and a Burgundy-style still red wine from Bollinger’s renowned Grand Cru plot, Côte aux Enfants. This red is only made in exceptional years – so you can be sure that nothing less than excellence goes into this Champagne. What’s more, Bollinger are one of the few houses to ferment their base wines in oak, a now-rare tradition in the region.
