Cape Mentelle Chardonnay 2017, Margaret River

Cape Mentelle are known for pioneering excellent Cabernet in the Margaret River region. But their rich and ripe Chardonnay deserves just as much attention. After all, it’s what the region is best known for. This is powerful with notes of ripe pineapple, apple and fresh cream. You can also expect a touch of toasted cedar and popcorn from its time spent in oak. Serve with ceviche drizzled in lime and chilli oil.
