Casella Family ′Limited Release′ Cabernet Sauvignon 2015, Wrattonbully

Made from exceptional parcels of grapes, the Casella family’s ‘Limited Release’ range aims to show the ability of Australia’s best wine regions. This was made in in the up-and-coming Wrattonbully region. Here, a cool climate gives grapes a luxurious ripening period, resulting in a deep, rich Cabernet Sauvignon with soft, fine tannins. This has notes of blackcurrant, vanilla and cedar. Decant for an hour and serve at room temperature with lamb or cellar for a decade.
