Saint-Estèphe is the best-value commune in Médoc. Château Sérilhan has excelled here in the past 18 years. And its achievements were rewarded with an official Cru Bourgeois Supérieur classification in 2018. This is an exceptional Left Bank claret, with notes of cedar, black plum and blackcurrant. It’s smooth, fine and complex, thanks to its time developing elegantly in the bottle. Try this with a hearty meat casserole.
