Constantine Solarris Champagne

Constantine are defying tradition by applying the solera method (blending multiple vintages, topping up with fresh wine and creating a complex house style) to Champagne. You’ll rarely find this done. But when you taste this, you’ll be glad they did. This is is our first solera Champagne, and Constantine have been making it for 11 years. It’s complex and intense, with aromas of buttery hazelnut and almond, ripe fruit notes and a long finish.
