Domaine Cordier Père Et Fils ′Clos De La Maison′ Macon 2020/22

Domaine Cordier is a third-generation Burgundy estate founded in 1968. Today, it’s run by the fantastic Christophe Cordier, who’s renowned for creating stunning white Burgundy at great value. This wine is made using only the finest hand-harvested Chardonnay grapes and fermented with indigenous yeasts to produce complex flavours. It’s aged in oak barrels before it’s released, having spent time resting on its spent yeast cells, or ‘lees’, giving it a wonderful texture and richness. Expect a creamy textured wine with floral aromas and complex flavours of citrus, white peach and mineral notes.
