This organic white is a partnership between Ben Glover and Liam Steevenson MW. Ben is one of New Zealand’s most exciting producers and Liam began his wine career at Majestic before becoming a Master of Wine. It’s made from the oldest organic vineyard in New Zealand which Ben and Liam saved from destruction – hence the name. With a short period on skins, and aged in oak, it’s fuller bodied with aromatic notes of lemongrass, white peach and struck match.
