Father-son duo Henri and Guillaume Boillot work together to produce a range of fine wines at their Burgundy winery. This is primarily the work of Henri. It’s made from Chardonnay grapes sourced from four of Burgundy’s most prestigious areas: Meursault, Puligny-Montrachet, Saint Romain and Auxey-Duresses.
