Henschke are behind some of Australia’s greatest wines. This is a fantatic way to taste the family’s expertise without spending hundreds of pounds. This blend of Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Cabernet Franc is made from vines up to 50-years-old. It’s a stiff rebuttal to assumptions that all Barossa reds are big fruit bombs. Expect fragrant, elegant notes of red and black fruits, dried herbs and black pepper. Try it with braised beef.
