Taken from his best vineyards and aged for 18 months in oak, it’s closer to a rich Amarone than its island home would suggest. Expect bold damson, blackcurrant and dried-fig notes, with a rich oak spice. The plush fruity flavours make it a delicious pairing for juicy beef burgers.
