This is an organic white RhĂ´ne blend of Roussanne, Marsanne, Grenache Blanc, Viognier and Clairette. The winemaker picks each grape from a specifically selected site, intervenes as little as possible in the process and ages the wine on texture-building lees. The result is a rich, complex white with notes of tropical fruit and white flowers. Pair with roast chicken.
