We can’t tell you who makes it. Under its normal label, this usually sells for a considerable amount more. It’s made in Central Otago, the world’s most southerly wine region and the home of some of New Zealand’s finest Pinot Noir. It’s made with generous oak ageing, making it herbaceous and spicy, with blackberry and plum notes. It’ll partner beautifully with rack of lamb.
