Founded in 1925, Pasqua has a wealth of heritage and winemaking expertise. This third-generation Veronese estate was built on a love of Valpolicella, the region’s signature red. But as this white wine goes to show, it’s not all that they’re good at. Made in a distinctly Burgundian style, this Chardonnay has flavours of stone fruit, hazelnut and vanilla.
