Pieropan ‘La Rocca’ Soave Classico Organic 2020

Pieropan are the biggest name in fantastic Soave. They were the first producer to label wines with the Soave name back in the 1930s and continue to fly the flag for the region today. Their organic wines have a signature richness and zest. This one is from a single vineyard, La Rocca, where limestone soils produce distinctly rich and opulent wines. It has aromas of almond and honey and flavours of ripe apricot and exotic fruit. Try it with seafood linguine.
