However, we understand that occasionally a return or exchange may be necessary. This policy outlines our procedures to ensure a seamless experience for our discerning clientele.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery for most products, provided they meet the following conditions:
- The product is in its original, unopened condition with intact seals
- The original packaging is undamaged
- A valid proof of purchase is provided
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of fine wines and legal restrictions, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Any opened or partially consumed bottles
- Temperature-sensitive shipments that were improperly stored after delivery
- Special orders including rare Burgundy vintages or Bordeaux futures
- Personalized or custom collections
Return Process
- Initiate Your Request: Email our concierge team at [email protected] within 15 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.
- Receive Authorization: We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and an RMA number.
- Package Securely: Repack the wine in its original packaging with adequate cushioning. Include a copy of your invoice.
- Ship with Care: Send via the carrier specified in your authorization email. We recommend temperature-controlled shipping for optimal preservation.
Exchange Process
For exchanges of equal or greater value from our curated selection of Adelaide Hills, California, or Côtes du Rhône wines:
- Follow the same initial steps as the return process
- Specify your desired replacement bottle(s) in your email
- Our wine specialists will confirm availability and arrange shipment once we receive your return
Refund Information
Upon receipt and inspection of your return:
- Refunds will be processed within 5 business days to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error

International Returns
For our global clientele outside the United States:
- All customs duties and taxes for returns are the customer’s responsibility
