Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery for most products under these conditions:
- Product is in original, unopened condition with intact seals
- Original packaging is undamaged
- Valid proof of purchase provided
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of fine wines and legal restrictions, we cannot accept returns for:
- Opened or partially consumed bottles
- Temperature-sensitive shipments improperly stored after delivery
- Special orders including rare Burgundy vintages or Bordeaux futures
- Personalized or custom collections
Return Process

- Reason for return
- Photos of any damaged items (if applicable)
- Receive Authorization: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and RMA number

Exchange Process
For exchanges of equal or greater value from our curated selection (including Adelaide Hills, California, or Côtes du Rhône wines):
- Follow the standard return process
- Specify desired replacement bottle(s) in your email
- Our specialists will confirm availability and arrange shipment upon receiving your return
Refund Information
- Processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect your return
- Issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are customer’s responsibility unless due to our error
International Returns
For our global clientele outside the United States:
- Customers are responsible for all customs duties and taxes for returns
