Terre Del Buontalenti 2018/19, Toscana

If you’re looking for a pure expression of everything great about Tuscan wine, look no further than Buontalenti. Located to the west of the prestigious Chianti region, this family-owned winery only buys from growers they’ve known for decades. As you’d expect, this wine is a classic Super Tuscan blend of Sangiovese, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. It has bright red and black fruit aromas, with elegant hints of spice and succulent tannins from oak-ageing. We can’t think of a better partner for braised lamb.
