The naturally dark-skinned Primitivo grapes give this wine a deep, inky colour, and ageing for 12 months in French oak has given it a rounded structure. If you like our Surani Primitivo, this is a great next step. Expect notes of violets, blackberries and cherries in each sip. This will pair well with mature cheeses, like Pecorino Toscano.
